Policy

This Return Policy applies to all aesthetic consultation services purchased from Thodmarettblox, including Visual Harmony Analysis, Aesthetic Taste Development programmes, and all other advisory services listed on thodmarettblox.ddd. Please read this policy before booking.

1. Nature of Our Services

Thodmarettblox provides professional consultation and advisory services. As these services involve the allocation of consultant time and the preparation of personalised materials, they are not physical goods and are not subject to return in the conventional sense. Instead, this policy governs cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel a booked consultation, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled session: A full refund will be issued, less any payment processing fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session price will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded or may be credited toward a future booking at the client's preference.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): The full session fee is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a booked consultation at no charge, provided they give at least 48 hours' notice before the original session time. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above. Each booking may be rescheduled once without fee; subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to an administrative charge.

4. Visual Harmony Analysis — Commencement

Once preparation work for a Visual Harmony Analysis has commenced — including review of submitted visual materials — the full fee is non-refundable. If you have paid for an analysis and wish to cancel before any preparation has begun, a refund will be considered at the discretion of Thodmarettblox, less any applicable processing fees.

5. Development Programmes

For multi-session Development Programmes, refunds for unused sessions are available upon written request, calculated on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet delivered. Sessions already conducted are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation by Thodmarettblox

In the event that Thodmarettblox is required to cancel a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid for that session, or the option to reschedule at no cost.

Refunds will be processed within five to ten business days of approval and returned via the original payment method.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, your statutory consumer rights apply in full.
